英國《每日郵報》報導,美國北卡羅萊納州阿帕拉契州立大學學者尼曼領導團隊,找來10
名22-33歲的男子,進行腳踏車運動測試,要求他們進行45分鐘的腳踏車運動,結束後測
量消耗熱量,14小時後再測1次,實驗為期2天。結果發現,騎腳踏車45分鐘後,受測者平
均消耗519卡熱量,接下來的14小時中,又消耗了190大卡,顯示運動強度若夠,身體會持
續消耗熱量。
專家提醒,若想達成此效果,運動強度須達到流汗、體溫升高、心跳加快等條件。
